网络拓扑和实验要求详见 《HCIP-1.1 1000人规模网络设计-网络拓扑及要求》

要求：优先移动线路，联通备份

SW1配置缺省路由指向R1（1.5中已经配置）

R1配置命令：

若出口为PPPOE拨号上网，缺省路由配置
