报错内容：

Windows安装.NET Framework时报错：Final Result: Installation failed with error code: (0x80070643), “安装时发生严重错误 ” 解决办法，无法完成安装

报错原因：

之前安装的.NET Framework没有完全卸载导致的。 .NET Framework 需要从低版本往高版本依次安装，如果高版本卸载不干净再次安装其他版本就会出现本文所述的报错。

解决办法：

（1）下载安装 windows installer cleanup utility

（2）安装后在C:\Program Files (x86)或C:\Program Files目录下windows installer cleanup utility文件夹里msicuu.exe，运行msicuu.exe

（3）清除时只清除微软的Net framework，其他的不要清除

（4）清除后再次安装就没有报错啦！
